Feel the ground, meet the people.

Before I meet the entrepreneurs in their indulging offices or their marketing salesmen, I begin from visiting the actual site.

There is no entrepreneur, certainly not contractors, who love these visits in their sites.

Make sure that you or someone on your behalf feels the ground!

This is a much more successful strategy than any sales office presentation or marketing calls.
