Da Vinci:

Acro real estate has built Da Vinci Residential – 2 buildings in bustling central Tel Aviv in a one-of-a-kind project full of life and personality. On the horizon – the skyline of the Mediterranean and below – are all of the cultural and entertainment centers that define Tel Aviv as an unstoppable energy capsule. Da Vinci Towers were planned and designed by architect Avner Yashar including 350 apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. In the center of the two impressive buildings, a floating pool is planned as part of the luxurious and well-kept fitness, spa, and recreational center.

We are proud to emphasize that "Da-Vinci" has won the award of excellence from the IACIE (Israeli Association of Construction & Infrastructure Engineers).

One Tower:

In the Israeli Diamond Exchange complex on Abba Hillel Street in Ramat Gan, Acro Real Estate is establishing a magnificent and pioneering office tower covering an area of 45,000 sqm. The tower will stand out for its artistic design and be an architectural landmark within the complex, standing out on the urban skyline.

Microsoft Campus:

his project is situated in the southern part of the Herzliya Pituach industrial district, covering 10,000 sqm with approximately 45,000 sqm leased exclusively to Microsoft Israel.

How do you summarize 2022 from a real estate standpoint?

2022 was a very special year for Acro, as our company went public and started to be traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange. It is a year of transit from many points of view as the market started to stabilize after a couple of years of post-Covid effects and a worldwide change in macroeconomics as the interest rate was rising. In 2022 we deepened our hold in the Tel Aviv market as we started marketing new projects in different neighborhoods and extended our reach to new developments in more parts of Tel Aviv.

What’s the biggest challenge you encounter in the Israeli market?

The biggest challenge in the Israeli real estate market is the gap between supply and demand. The shortage in the available supply of apartments puts pressure on prices to rise on the one hand and on developers to put in extra efforts in acquiring building land on the other hand.
